Default Change email default sender details

I think i have mentioned this before but here it is again. I would like to change the default sender details of emails even when splitting a document. This is so no-matter who sends the emails people will reply to the accounts dept.

Unhappy Override of default sender in outlook

This is a great feature, however I seem unable to override the default sender in Outlook from the Spindle software.

Hi Andy,

There are two settings you need to check, first of all make sure your Outlook profile allows you to send as the override email address. You can test by sending an email to your colleague and making sure they receive the email for example as Accounts@company.com instead of Andy@company.com.

If the Outlook profile is setup correctly and the above test works. Within Spindle Tools change the following settings:

- User Settings - Email Settings - Outlook 2000-2007 Setup -Select the correct profile and then "Check" the "Enable override default sender details".

- Device Manager - Outlook 2000 -2007 - Configure -Select the correct profile and then "Check" the "Enable override default sender details".
