I am trying to Install Credit Hound for Navision v4.00 , I want to test it on the navision demonstration company Cronus, after I put in the details for the location of the Database file and go to extract companies , I then get a error and a message to veiw log,

Does anybody have any idea were the log is kept? It is not in the Program File for Draycir Credit Hound?

The log files for Credit Hound are held on the user’s machine located in
My Documents\My Draycir Logs\Credit Hound\

The Credit Hound Manager.txt should capture the error message.

You can forward the log file to Support@Draycir.com for information on the error.
